Also another video from IGN. Coto seems to have a pretty weak chin in this game. Hes alway getting rocked with clean punches, but he does get rocked with clean punches so I guess I can't complain too much. Love his style of punching. Looks just like him.

The thing is, cotto wouldnt just stand in front of chavez like that, cotto also would make use of his jab, and like we saw in the margarito fight, cottos defense has greatly improved, thus, whoever is playing cotto sucks.

Where was Chavez's left to the body?

They should put more emphasis on body punching with epople like Chavez, Hatton, Duran etc.

I think some fighters should have a signature punch. Like Fraziers left hook, Tysons uppercut, Hearns right hand etc.

Some observations from my 6 year old,

"dad, hes losing isn't he?" pointing to Cotto, I laughed, "yea".

"Hes bigger too" he says kind of bewildered.

I go on to explain who the fighers are, pointing out Chavez and how hes one of the best Mexican fighters.


Then he says,


"Is Manny Pacquiao the best fighter?"

in round 3 they did, when you threw those punches, they tended to be more powerful, like roy jones cheesy cross that got abused online.

Yup, it all depends on the fighter whose playing. Ya the guy playing Cotto is pretty garbage. Hes most likely new and still getting used to the controls. Either way, they got Cotto down pretty good and will be a force in the hands of an expert.
