Floyd beats Marquez in most departments and is way bigger. I'd say UD for Floyd, but then again it depends if we see an aggressive Floyd looking to prove himself again since he is not P4P No.1 anymore or if we see an uber defensive Floyd like in the DLH/Hatton fights. If he's aggressive we might even see a late stoppage for Floyd.
But hey, anything can happen in boxing, Floyd may have a lot of ring rust and Marquez might surprise us.
