Hi guys I just want to ask how exactly does Size/ Height/ Weight affects a boxers performance? Cause ive seen it a lot here like Im the bigger man, The size will be the difference.

and stuff like that But i dont really understand how it works? If youve got more weight you hit harder? thanks.

It can make the force of your punches harder, I mean normally a middleweight hits harder than a lightweight and a heavyweight hits harder than a middleweight. It allows you to muscle and push a guy around on the inside, making the smaller guy tired and use his legs more when the bigger guys leans on him. It can also help control where the fight is fought at.

There is an old adage "A good big man always beats a good small man" If you have two guys of equal skill, the bigger guy will most likely have strength, reach advantage.
