Daniel Santos Eyes Sergio Martinez, Yuri Foreman

WBA junior middleweight champion Daniel Santos, inactive since last July's knockout win over Joachim Alcine to capture the title, is looking at several possible options as a possible fight with James Kirkland appears unlikely. Santos was looking to defend his title against Kirkland on HBO in August, but Kirkland is still dealing with his massive legal issues after being arrested on firearm charges [while still on probation for an old armed robbery charge]. i really dont think pwill could whoop martinez butt. I really think Martinez would tear apart Santos in 5 rds. to me i think martinez and angulo would whoop anyone in this division. kirkland better be happy he is in jail now so maybe he wont have to face any of these two guys now

I'am glad to see some of you guys mentioning a fight which I believe would be a very interesting matchup; Santos has the skill and durability to go head to head with Pwill. I've been saying this for a while and finally I see some back up on here.

yeah i'm sure Kirkland is happy that he won't have to fight santos

Anyways, I think Angulo and Martinez can clean out this divison and set up a big fight against each other or against PWill..

The WBA permits their titleholders to remain inactive for far too long.

It's time Santos took a fight!

Santos Vs Martinez would be a great match-up style-wise in my opinion. I think Santos is smart enough to pull off a win. However, i don't see anyone at 154 troubling Williams. Martinez perhaps has a good chance against big Paul, but i don't see Williams taking any fights at 154 as there isn't a big draw for him.
