This. If they are the same size as people are claiming they should fight at 140. Fact is Floyd does not baloon after fights. Could be from being a gym rat or from his genetics. If Pac could make 138 comfortably and if they are the same size He should make 140 comfortably also..

Weight is what determines if two fighters can fight. By your logic, Celestino Caballero should be fighting Roy Jones Jr because they're both 5'11".
