if anyone is going to figure out how to beat mayweather, its JMM. I think JMM gives Mayweather a tougher fight than pacquiao simply because of the styles. Pac's aggressive style plays into mayweather preferred style of defense and counter punching.

With JMM, floyd won't know what to expect throughout the fight. When JMM attacks, he doesn't attack foolishly, and when JMM is on his back foot, he counter punches very effectively. mayweather will have a difficult time pot shotting at the beginning of this fight and he'll have an even more difficult time going on the offensive towards the end of the fight.

This fight will be closer than ppl think. JMM will probably be the hardest fight of mayweather's career.

I give him a great chance. JMM consistently fights well and wins because he does one thing better than no other boxer does (including mayweather) and thats intelligently adjusts accordinly to his opponent. Mayweather has better defense and probably will be faster but marquez has tons more firepower. If mayweather comes out aggresive this favors the better counter puncher marquez. If he doesn't i can see marquez outworking him. Can go either way and mayweather will most likely drop marquez once but a unanimous decision by marquez only makes sense.

1% a decision is not an option. The scorecards are already written 117-111 for pgf. Jmm needs a miracle ko

you don't know mayweather. mayweather, like JMM, can fight any which way. When's the last time you saw mayweather fight a defensive fighter? you will never see mayweather backing up against a defensive fighter. mayweather can throw combos and with incredible speed and accuracy but what mayweather tries to do is fight the perfect fight which is to not take any punches at all during a fight. and having that goal of taking the least amount of punishment unfortunately calls for less combos and aggressive tactics in a fight.

and in boxing, you are not suppose to match your opponents style. you have to brawl a boxer and box a brawler. Mayweather knows this and so does JMM. Both guys adjust intelligently in their fights. thats what makes this fight so interesting.

Zero, hes at a disadvantage in every category including age. Unless Mayweather suddenly grew old and rusty( which isn't out of the question considering his lay off and brittle hand) then he could possibly pull off a major upset, but i just can't see it happening. Mayweather is a very smart fighter, and if he wasn''t comfortable with where his body is at, then he wouldn't have came back.
