Yes clearly you are confused because it's well known that Floyd offered the fight to Cotto and Arum declined, and from what i remember in that same quote from Floyd about Cotto being "too green" he also said "Arum doesn't want him anywhere near me" so maybe you should check your facts a little more.

Paul William lost to someone who was essentially the same size as Pac and JMM the only diffrence is Quintana just didn't fight in the lower weight classes.
