All this talk of size look at some of these pics of past fights were the smaller man has won
Hagler - 5' 9 1/2" Reach 75
Hearns - 6' 1" Reach 78
Quintana - 5'9 1/2" Reach 72"
Williams - 6' 2" Reach 82"

In comparision the size difference is not nearly as much as Quintana P Will. Hagler was much shoter then Hearns in comparision to Marquez and Mayweather we are looking at 1 inch height difference. Hagler gave up three inches in reach to Hearns where as Quintana gave up 10 inches in reach to Williams. Marquez is giving up 5 inches in reach to Mayweather. If you look at most fights 5 inches is not alot to give up in reach. People will cry about the weight that Marquez has only foguht as high as 130. If the one thing boxing has proved over the years and most recently is that you can never judge the size of someones heart. Marquez is a blood and guts fighter. he goe sin there willing to take to give. He does not intened to lose. All the critics saying that he is too small to win this fight and that it is a mismatch ar ethe same ones saying that PACMAN might get ruined by fighting ODLH. PAc was too small. I mean i wasn't saying that PAC was going to beat ODLH but I was saying I thought it wouldnt be a slaughter and that ODLH would NOT KO Pacquiao. I stick to my guns here and say this will NOT result in a slaughter that Marquez will be very much in this fight and will take the fight too Mayweather. He is a highly skilled fighter with tons and tons of heart. Mayweather may have taken a nasty bit this time and might not like the taste it leaves in his mouth when all said and done. With that being said if Mayweather is to be victorious the nay sayers are going to down play his victory but in fact he should get the full credit for beating Marquez if he wins...Lefty
