Cotto is not a draw compared to pacquiao. His stock dropped severely after the margarito fight. That said cotto needs pacquiao more than pacquiao needs him. If he wants the money vs pacquiao then go down in weight. If not then fight mosely, simple as that.

cotto's one of the top 3 draws available for pac today. he should just let his body grow a year or so until he can challenge cotto's belt. if not, just clean the 140 division
