This is a tough fight to pick.

Pacquiao looked great against a past it De La Hoya at 147.

Berto is a young, fast strong welterweight with good skills but does lack experience and has a questionable chin.

Pacquiao has power, is very fast and is becoming a better fighter with every fight.

I give the edge to Pacquiao.
