Inside the top 20 isn't close to you? 3 (possibly 4, if Cotto can add to his resume) HoFers in a row is impressive and it would get him inside the top 20. For Mayweather to be legit inside the top 10 he would need that and a fight where he's the underdog. Most of the top ATG's have won a fight where they've been the underdog Mayweather hasn't.

we all know he CAN be great. the problem is that he won't take the necessary risks to accomplish it. he's wasting talent.

I seriously doubt he could ever be the G.O.A.T, wins even impressive ones over all 4 of those opponents don't even bring him close to that status. Also he has wasted too much time doing nothing and would have more to do after those wins presuming they happened to even be considered top 10 of all time.
