As much as I want to say Kats I reckon that Hatton could very easily win this.

I think it all depends on Hatton's mental state going into the fight. I do think it will end in KO however. If Kats catches Hatton with the straight right hand enough it will be a mid to late stoppage.

Hattons chin isnt the best anymore, He was so badly wobbled against Luscano that I dont know if he can stand up to the power from Kats.

On the other hand we saw how easy Juan Diaz exposed Micheal's lack of versatility and the flaws in his style. Ricky Hatton is still a very good fighter.
