I knew Hatton was hurt as soon as the first knock down. He was lucky to even make it to the second round, he showed great courage to carry on and didn't want to be ko'd in the 1st round. However Hatton knew it was only a matter of time before he was going to be knocked down again.

On a side note, I see some people saying that Pac somehow outshined Mayweather's win over Hatton b/c he ko'd him sooner which is ridiculous. true, but pac's KO in 2 rounds was alot more impressive. that said, only a head-to-heat match up between pac/floyd will determine who's the best.

That is Pacquiao's signature to make the fight exciting & spectacular...Pacquiao exposed the weaknesses of Barrera, Diaz, Dela Hoya, & Hatton of who they really are...and he even exposed Floyd's capabilities & poor performance that leads to a questionable status of where he really ranks among the best...Why? 1.Because Oscar was leading over Floyd on the 1st half of their fight & he only managed to win by a split decision... 2.With the Hatton fight, it seems Hatton was competitive & has still a chance to upset him before he finally knocked out Hatton in the 10th... 3.Because Pacquiao knocked out Hatton brutally in the 2nd w/ 2 knock downs in the 1st round w/c is too far impressive than Floyd's win over Hatton... 4.Pacquiao forced Dela Hoya to quit in the 9th round in a one sided beating w/c is also a way too far over Floyd's win over Oscar... 5.Because he has a questionable heart to fight the bests of his era & avoiding the possible threat by retiring early...

The truth is Pacquiao is a far stronger puncher w/ the added weight & a more improved boxer/puncher in his last 3 fights...He's still learning & improving even w/ impressive accomplishments, a sign of a truly great champion...W/ respect to Marquez a Pacquiao of today will knock him out if there is a 3rd fight in a 140 lb weight level...
