pacman wins by decision because Mayweathers workrate is pathetic and he will find it frustrating to land on someone who moves awkward like pacman. I know workrate doesn't make the fighter but if Mayweather is missing shots he would normally land on his opponents its going to frustrate the hell out of him when he can't land on pacman.
