Neither are. Lewis is 100% pure jamaican (were both his parents are born) with canadian citizenship.
Calzaghe is Welsh/Italian parents and detests the english. Never used the British flag.
If Lennox was born in Japan you wouldn't call him Japanase, he's Jamaican, CAlzaghe is Welsh, Neither are British.
