Hmm, it's a tough one. Corrales could have been outboxed by good smart boxers(Mayweather, Casamayor) but he could have also been beaten by pressure fighters(Jose Luis Castillo). Manny Pacquiao is neither of those, he's just simply a fast motherfcker with blinding fast hand speed. Since Chico was 5'11"(taller than anyone Pacman has fought) I think you would see Pacquiao having to reach too much and going off balance a lot which would benefit Corrales since his reach for SFW was Paul Williams-like for a WW. I'd go with Diego Corrales on this one, but not surely.

Pacquaio wins, and probably pretty easily. Corrales was a fun fighter to watch, but since his death has been WAY overrated. His skills and speed aren't nearly on the level of Pacquaio.

I don't think I'd say Chico was overrated. If anything his stock had fallen off alot by the time of his death.

But even in his prime, Chico had problems with guys with sneaky, fast hands and movement. And yes, Pacquaio fits right into that mold. Corrales already had a leaky defense and suspect chin to quick shots. I'd have to say Pacquaio by ref stoppage.
