Sorry to bother you with annoying facts, but even without that KO Shane wins the decision over Mayorga. So how exactly did he almost lose?

On my card he was losing. Even the official judges had it close. Too close for a supposedly great fighter to be in a fight with an old shot version of Mayorga.

nah. don't pay too much attention to arum. i agree, cotto-pacman is easier to make, but pbf-pacman is HUGE, that's where the money's at.

arum would rather match his guys, AGAINST his guys, instead of playing ball and getting them much bigger fights.....that's why his guys, once they become significant, usually end up leaving him.

P Will aint a big enough money fight for Shane personally I wouldn't care to see it. Does he really have to despose of the two biggest threats at WW to get a shot at some real cash. I mean come on When he took the Margarito fight people were like I fear for Shanes Life.... i even saw a thread titled that. Now you want him t get im there with P Will to get a shot at manny or Mayweather. Do you think they are going to want to fight Shane anymore after he knocks out P Will? He knocked out Margarito and then lets say he Ko's P Will yeah i see Roach and company getting on the "gravy train" real fast. I don't think it will happen either for fiscal reasons, but I would love to see if your prediction comes true- 2 of my favorite guys. The reason I want to see it is because I think Pwill has better head movement and a better jab. Shane was getting off over and over first against Margs and I don't think that would happen with Paul. But Paul will need to muscle Shane and back him up- again, I don't know if he can do that. But wither way, the fight would be exciting. And we all know that Shane likes a challenge.

As I mention on all the Pwill threads, he needs to start collecting belts to get some leverage- starting with Sergiy, who will fight him. Then maybe he gets big fights.

After his amazing victory against Margarito, why isn't his name being discussed as possible opponents for Pac, PBF, Cotto or JMM? What does he have to do to get a crack at these guys. He won the WW title in devastating fashion and is completely being ignored.

I want to see PBF fight Shane for the WW title and the winner gets Manny, this way Manny can go for history for another possible lineal(?) and a 7th title.

If Manny wants to be considered at least top 2 ATG, he should just go straight to Shane and fight him at 147 for his 7th record-breaking title.

Shane needs to get into the mix before he gets too old.

He refused to fight Floyd when he was pound for pound number one.

Cotto's win was too narrow if not controversial,Cotto wont take that fight.

JMM,too much risk,JMM knows he would be KOed,Mosley isnt a tiny fella and he really hits hard.Imagine he knocked out Margarito,usually someone would need a hammer to do such.

Pacman-Thats a wrong fight for him,one Mosley shot Pacman would be finished.Too much risk and not much reward

Let's not forget however that Mosley cherry picks his opponents as well.He refused to fight Williams lest you forget.He's not entirely avoided

he is too danger ous for most opponents he has an iron jaw and a 75% Ko ratio. he just knocked out king Kong compared to these guy. of course.....i was only saying the reason none of those guys are concerned with fighting mosley right now, is b/c they could make bigger money against each other, than if they were to fight mosley.

pbf-pacman will be the biggest fight on the planet.....if pacman-hatton sales estimates are accurate, pbf-pacman might give the pbf-dlh fight a run for its money......that's why i feel arum would be ****** and selfish to not make the fight.

Shane Mosley suffers from Paul Williamsitis. Aka, no fans, no following, no money. Shane is a great fighter and gets his money, but right now the followings for the other mentioned fighters is huge. They all draw better than Shane. Sad but true.

mosley has had BIG fights before, and he still can't draw.

pw has still never had the opportunity to prove himself on the big stage yet. he got margarito, but that was before margarito had made a name for himself, and he got winky (who has never been a draw) coming off a two year lay-off. if williams gets the opportunity to shine on a big stage, things may be different for him, in terms of acquiring fans and becoming a bigger draw. it's hard to be "mainstream" when you can't get any of the mainstream guys to fight you.....

We are not talking about 6 years ago we are talking about now. He has 4 KO's on his last 6 fights. He KO Vargas two times, KO'd Mayorga and Tony. Overall he has a 75% Ko ratio and has NEVER BEEN KNOCKED OUT!!! he knocked out the man Cotto couldn't with ease. He fought to a SD with Cotto and if you watch the fight he imposed his will on Cotto until the very end he had Cotto fighting backwards. All in all he has what 5 losses 2 to Winky 2 Forrest and 1 to Cotto oh by the way ODLH NEVER BEAT him. Take your 4 posts and go learn something my man cause When it comes to posting check your facts son....Lefty
