Do you believe him? I do personally, I remember alot of people bragged about Paulie getting stopped by Hatton and claiming Hatton is stronger then Cotto at 140. I don't think so, I think Cotto was still a harder hitter even at 140.

I believe him, Hatton is not all power it's more of a combination of constantly roughing you up, constant pressure and accumilation of punches imo.

keep in mind, paulie was in his physical prime at the time he fought cotto. btw, i think the cotto fight ruined paulie - he was never the same afterwards.

That stoppage is misleading. Paulie wasn't badly hurt, Buddy pulled him out because he was way behind on the scorecards. The only way he could win would be by KO and we all know that wasn't going to happen.

Cotto inflicted far more damage on Paulie than Hatton did IMO.
