    Mayweather vs Marquez

As much as i love JMM and admire Floyd (even though i dislike him) This fight has all the characteristics of a snooze fest.

Both counter punchers Marquez a warrior and Mayweather a head smart boxer. Its not going to blow the roof off really is it? or am i missing something?

I think it holds some more potential than just a snore fest.

We have the previous p4p no.1 versus against what some might argue is a contender for current p4p no.1.

Marquez will be in floyds face for the first few rounds then mayweather will take the latter rounds.

As much as Mayweather is the bigger man, and a highly skilled one, somethin tells me marquez could cause an upset, im backin him for the high class underdog he is!

You mean a classic.Yeah this is coming from the guy who watched mayweather- baldo 7 times, just because it was such a mozart thing.
So for me this one is for the ages.
      The reason why is this.
      boxing takes skill.
And i love watching skills. If you want action, rewatch some mexican epics, or desperate shane fights.
I dont rlly like oscar, but we make great money togheter, it took two.

Dont get me wrong the p4p standings do make it look good on paper but i think it will be a cautious fight.

I cant see Marquez going on all offensive mode against the hardest hitter he has ever been in the ring with and i cant see floyd going all offensive when he knows he is the stronger boxer he will just try and counter him and land shot for shot because he knows he has the power.

I would not write of marquez but you know Floyd has been keeping in shape and took the fight for one reason. To do what Manny couldnt. Knock JMM out.

I would love nothing more than Marquez to beat Floyd

I know where you are coming from and i like the chess type boxing matches. It is a test of ones boxing skills but i can see it being a boring fight.

When was the last time you seen floyd in an exciting fight???

I think it'll be a very good technical fight, not the kind of fight a casual fan would like but one a true boxing fan would love.

agree with that, but still with a good possibility of a knockout!

wonder what odds il get on a marquez KO/TKO, as good as the 8/1 for Manny over DLH?

              hope so

Co Sign my man I am drooling over this one. I truly think marquez will give Floyd all he can handle and at times pressure Floyd. The Mexican Warrior is out for blood while Floyd is only motivated by money....Lefty

I think he's already a 3/1 underdog to win so the odds for him winning by knockout should be really big.

Yeah, I think they'll bring out the best in each other, Marquez is too smart and too well skilled for this fight to be a blowout.

It's gonna be a safe fight for mayweather.. There's no way in hell Mayweather is taking chances after 1½ layoff ..
