Is Arum trying to cash out on Cotto???

This may sound ******, but do you think Bob Arum may be trying to cah out on Cotto? It has been rumored for a while that Cotto wants to leave Top Rank and possably promote himself or mabey link up with Golden Boy. But for Arum to cah out on him he would have to have complete confadence that Pacquaio will beat Cotto if they fight. If this is true Bob Arum needs to be checked into a psyc ward. While it is very possable pacman can beat Cotto it is far from certain and it will by far be pacmans biggest challenge.

Idk maybe im completly wrong in my thinking. let me know what you think...

I think so to be honest, He only has one or two fight option left with Cotto, Cotto doesnt seem happy totally like he was in the past and cotto has made it known that he would promote himself in the near future so dont be surprise if Arum try to cash out on him.

It's possible, we'll find out for certain after the Pac fight if it happens
It's extremely risky, Cotto could walk over Pac and Mayweather may show no interest in a Pac matchup...

I was thinking the same thing when Arum brought up the idea for pac to fight Cotto later on this summer/fall.. It could be very possible since he will make cotto fight at the 140 lb mark, where cotto was weak in his last couple of fights there (compared to his performances once he moved up to 147)

I think Arum knows what he has with Pac and has no worries that he can beat cotto

This is possibly the best fight for Cotto from Arum's perspective.He promotes both guys and so the returns to him are great.Cotto has everything to lose,if Manny beats him he wont make as much money any more,especially depeding on how Manny will have beaten him.

If Cotto beats Manny,the usual excuse will come in 'Manny was too small anywhere'.So I think Arum is cashing in on Cotto.Also apart Cotto has been fighting good guys like Margarito,Now Clottey then Manny.Arum is harvesting now
