Is There A Boxing Forum Glossary?

Reading through a lot of these topics I noticed this forum has a rich lexicon. A lot of the words like "hater" and "hugger" are pretty obvious, but some of the words you guys make up are more vague, like "stans" off the top of my head. What the heck is a "stan"? Is there some sort of official "Boxing Forum Glossary" topic? If not, I think someone who's been around here long enough should make one. Who knows? Might be fun.

That's a good idea. Umm stan is not a new word or a "boxing forum" word, see the Music Video "stan" by Eminem, that's a stan(an obssesed fan). You're right though, someone should make a Glossary of words for this forum.

I guess we could do it in here while we're at it, if that's ok? People could just add words and their definitions here and then just edit them in to the first post alphabetized as they come in.

Fan = a semirational fanatic for certain boxers: the backbone of this forum.
Stan = short for stalker fan: irrationally obsessed with certain boxers.
Hater = literally, as in: xcaret irrationally hates Manny Pacquiao, 24/7
Hugger = nuthugger, as in: xcaret irrationally hugs Juan Manuel Marquez' nuts, 24/7

There are subgroups of huggers:
*****s = the Floyd Mayweather nutsack-garglers that infest this forum
Klit-Lickers = them with tongues surgically fixed to the Klitschko bros. vaginas
Pac Nuthuggers = same ****, in vast numbers, riding Manny Pacquiao's ****
etc., etc., ad nauseam.

There are subfora/cliques that may or may not be associated with
certain boxers. Like, there are these atheists who log onto this
boxing forum to slam Christianity 24/7, but don't know **** nor post
about boxing, or these Limey ba$tards whom you really do not
want to **** around with. The Pinoys are ****** rich.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. bought a boat and customized it beyond easy resale.
Now short on liquidity, he's looking at an economic recession and rather
substantial IRS claims of unpaid taxes on his part. For someone nicknaming
himself "Money", he has a cashflow problem, and "Mr. boat buyer" is a
derisive reference to Money's shocking lack of money-sense.

Beware of alts. An alt is an alternative account, basically it
indicates some ****sucking loser posting under different/multiple online
names. Done as a one-off to further a joke, it's harmless, but some
take it too far and maintain several accounts to create an illusion
of numbers in support of their (typically idiotic) opinions.
There are alts present on this thread alone, already.

Beware especially of a couple of ****suckers who pretend to be
females. I don't understand wtf they get out of trying to flirt with
other men, online.
