I'd say it's debatable. He's the only one talking about his ATGness and you all fools listen to his broke ass. Manny's resume is stellar and a resume of an ATG fighter. Floyd's is questionable. And in the case of their two most recent common opponents (lets not forget that Manny started his career as a Flyweight), Manny's performances overshadow Floyds why? He made Oscar quit and almost decapitated Ricky Hatton with a single shot. It can be argued that Oscar beat Floyd and it took Floyd (the larger man) 10 scardy cat, defensive rounds to finally get Ricky out of there.Comment

It's hard to argue that Mayweather isn't an ATG. I just wish he'd done more in his career. He's an ATG in skills, but it pretty much ends there. So many awesome fghts, so many great possible matchups, very little materialized relative to what could have been. That is why I will always hate Floyd.Comment

For years, Floyd has been his own biggest cheerleader about his status as an ATG fighter. The media talks more about Floyd TALKING about his greatness than they do actually covering how great he really is.
Then you got Manny Pacquiao. A humble and reserved type fellow who respects his opponents and doesn't talk any ****. Manny does his talking with his fists. And now, there is NO question as to whether or not Manny is an All Time Great fighter. He's sealed the deal; everything else is icing on the cake.
Just thought is was kinda funny how Floyd has been trying for years to convince everyone that he's an ATG fighter, while Manny just performs and lets the experts and media do that for him.Comment

They are both ATG's, but Pac is ahead due to a much superior resume and considering he started at Flyweight and has fought as high as Welterweight. Winning 4 linear championships on his way. Mayweather is obviously more skillfull boxer, but when you talk about ATG status that counts for less if you haven't fought anyone of note.
By the way i like both fighters, so don't call me a hater that's just my opinion on both fighters.Comment
