Beaten by Floyd again
Mayweather Snr must shoulder the blame, says Glenn

Tic-tac-toe, the trainer's got to go.
Ricky Hatton has just been beaten by Floyd Mayweather. Again.
That is all I can say after watching the worst performance I think I have ever seen from my mate. That wasn't the Ricky Hatton we have all followed down the years, nothing like him.
And there is only one person who can take the blame for that. Not Ricky, not Lee Beard, not even Manny Pacquiao. As far as I am concerned, it can only be Floyd Mayweather Snr.
I didn't like the appointment when it was made all those months ago and actually pleaded with Ray Hatton to re-think. Of course hindsight is a wonderful gift, but it was there for all to see on a shocking night in Las Vegas.
We all saw it throughout the build-up as well - or should have. I did, every time I saw Mayweather Snr working on the pads with him. Why the hell was he boxing with his hands down? Why the hell were they going for speed? Why the hell was he working on 20-punch combinations?
Respect
And why on earth did Mayweather show absolutely no respect for the power of Pacquiao? Everything he did was just wrong - he even turned up late on fight night by all accounts.
If there are reports of a split between fighter and trainer the day before the biggest fight of his life, then something is wrong. Ricky can say all he wants, but it can't have been a happy camp. His first defeat in boxing came at the hands of Floyd Mayweather, now his second has as well.
Take nothing away from Pacquiao though, because he was good. Very good. And he had a good, solid trainer behind him in Freddie Roach.
He showed what a difference a good trainer can make. People will say 'well, it was the boxer that got knocked out', but the smallest piece of advice here or there can make all the difference - like in any walk of life.
Did Winston Churchill go and fight them on the beaches? No, but he provided the right words of wisdom and leadership.
Dangerous
Mayweather has done nothing but condemn Ricky to defeat. We all knew Pacquiao was dangerous early on, so whose idea was it to rush in?
There are 12 rounds in a boxing match and there is a time and a place to charge in. And it is not the biggest fight of your career against a lightning-fast guy who is the best around.
It's interesting that this is the only time in the last two months that Mayweather has had nothing to say.
There can be no way back for him, but there can be for Hatton. As I have said, that wasn't the real Ricky Hatton out there and that is certainly not the way he will want to be remembered. I think we'll see him again, just so he can say farewell in a more fitting style.
But I don't want to see Floyd Mayweather Snr with him. The Ricky Hatton that beat Kostya Tszyu would have beaten Manny Pacquiao, or stood a fantastic chance. He certainly wouldn't have got knocked out cold inside two rounds.
I am gutted for my mate, because he has been one of, if not the best, British fighters we have ever seen.
Floyd Mayweather claims he is the best trainer the world has ever seen. Even he can't think that now. And he surely can't go anywhere near Hatton again.
