More brutal KO? Hatton KO'd or Davey 'Boy' Green KO'd?

Which was more brutal of a KO? Hatton being KO'd by Manny or Dave 'Boy' Green being KO'd by SRL? Both were beautiful left hooks, but I say Leonard's was better because Green hadn't really been hurt like Hatton up to the point of the knockdown. Hatton was on shaky legs and not in rhythm because of the knockdowns and was rattled. Discuss.

He wasn't a world class light weltwerweight, European level at best.

He was a world class contender in one of the golden era's of welterweights.

I think he should be best remembered for the brave challenge he gave Carlos Palomino instead of the SRL KTFO.

In my country he's remembered as the best win of the all time most popular danish fighter Jorgen Hansen.

Davey Boy Green had wins over John H Stracey and Andy Price who were both highly rated at the time although those wins came much earlier in his career than the fight against Ray Leonard.

Stracey was the former welterweight champion of the world and Price had wins over then reigning world champions Carlos Palomino and Pipino Cuevas.

I like Ray Leonard plenty. Has to be one of my all time favorites and who can blame me.

I think Manny's was more impressive because it was one shot. Manny's face when he hit Hatton, has anyone watched in slow mo'? He had that Fierce Bruce Lee look when he finished the punch and when he saw Hatton drop his expression changed like (Oh shiet! did I just do that?) lol

I cant take anything away from Leonard as he had beautiful flurries and he landed a few shots before he struck. Leonards flurries, his shoe shines, his Ali shuffle, his foot work, his bolo punch, his faking the bolo punch and landing with the opposite had, his raising his hands just before he was going to knock out his opponent or raising his hands just as his oppent is going down, his flurries to secure rounds before the bell rang. Sugar Ray was so entertaining at times

Pete Ranzany took brutal beatings from both Leonard and Cuevas. You've got to wonder what the referees were thinking in those fights.
