Both of these guys apparently called each other out, and both say they were ducked.

wrong. mayweather called out mosley at the height of mosley's career when he was unbeaten and p4p#1. when mayweather had nothing to gain (money and title wise) he turned down fights with Mosley. The time for mosley to face mayweather was when mayweather was calling him out and they were both top 5 p4p.

Mayweather is giving the same opportunity now to the other p4p fighters that mosley didn't grant him.

Okay, if Mayweather was a nobody when he called out Shane, why would Shane, P4P # 1, take the fight with a nobody? I don't know about the second time, but I found this article that says Shane called out Mayweather after the Vargas fight.
