        Eh...sadly true. I mentioned this as well in a prior post. History doesn't favor these situations.

        The only thing I could possibly see helping Floyd is if he is seriously counted out and dismissed. That might help light the fire under him.


        I also noticed the L.A. Times had him saying he wants to fight 3x a year. Now is that because he knows an active fighter is a good fighter or is it because he needs more paychecks to get the bill collectors off his ass?

          But I guess everybody is motivated by different things. I still say Floyd enjoyed himself more before he moved to 147. He just kept moving up to get to Oscar and cash out. His mind-set changed to for the fight-game and he mentioned this several times before.
