Montreal – As confirmed last Thursday, InterBox and Groupe Yvon Michel (GYM) held their joint press conference to officially announce the first ever World title fight between two Quebec boxers. On Friday, June 19th at the Montreal Bell Centre, Adrian « The Shark » Diaconu (26-0-0 15 KO) will defend his WBC Light Heavyweight title for the first time against fellow Quebecer Jean Pascal (22-1-0 15 KO).

Diaconu takes this by KO. He may be limited but the man can punch hard as ****, and Pascal is moving up. I expect Pascal to put up a great fight though as he did with Froch, but I don't know if his power is enough to take down The Shark....

This is 50/50 imo. I think Pascal wins by decision, of course I could be wrong.

Pascal is a better boxer, faster more skilled fighter. He has all the tools 2 outclass Diaconnu in the ring he shouldn't make the mistake of turning this into a brawl because Diaconnu has a lot of power behind his punches. Pascal fights smart he can easily get the UD.

It's very, very likely. I mean there are some big SMWs but Pascal is definitely on the huge side.
