    Hatton the Lionheart

One thing we have to give Hatton credit for is his heart, his never give up attitude and his unrelented appetite for challenging THE BEST in the sport. I'm speaking like he is retired now (because I think he should) but Hatton was a true and worthy Champion, and undisputed for a considerable amount of time in todays standard. However at the very very top, (where only a handful of todays boxers reside), he fell short, just like 99% of the world champions out there would have fell short if they had p4p kings of this calibre in and around their weight division! PBF and PACMAN are on another level, the most elite boxers of their time. Hatton has had a great career, fought the best, and is a bad bad man in boxing, he may not have always used his head but his heart for the game is unquestionable... a true warrior, a man you MUST knock out, you NEED to land flush with, because he just keeps coming. To the boxing purest out there he is nobody, but to those who value guts, heart and a true fighting spirit... he is a massive massive figure in the sport, at least he is in England anyway

I agree. I totally respect Hatton. He is a warrior and a champion in that regard. He just isn't talented enough or physically capable "short ass arms for example" to be an ATG.

Agreed, i always believed the only way you were ever going to stop Hatton getting up is knock him out cold. He's a true warrior in my books...yeah he may of stepped out his league but he never backed down from a big fight. Credit where it's due..

I don't know dude. When Pac hit him with those first few right hooks, it looked like all Hatton's confidence left him. The expression on his face in the corner was the expression of a man who realized he just made a terrible mistake.
