Clottey is not vocal enough to call public attention to himself and he does not have a large enough indigenous following...Cotto and the Puerto Rican fans.

I don't like any of the promoters though, they all make me want to pummel them because they don't really care about the guys they represent. Gary Shaw is a pig and Arum is punk and I can't stand his voice. DLH puts on a good face but does his dirty work as well. I wish that one time for a fighter's last fight with a promoter, they would say "hey, Bob go f yourself" and punch him in the gut at the post fight presser, lol. That's not a good thing to think or say, let me stop.

At the very least Clottey could be tough enough for Cotto that a winter fight with Pacquiao is not feasible due to the punishment from this fight. Not to say he won't be able to fight at all, but perhaps a Pac-priming tune-up would be in order, as it is hard to imagine Cotto going straight to Pac after fighting someone with a completely different style.

All that matters is that we get EITHER Pac-Mayweather or Pac-Cotto. I'd be thrilled with either by December.
