Pacquiao is currently boxing's best active fighter.

It could change since Mayweather came out of retirement, but we'll have to wait to see how he decides to perform on July 18th.

I think Floyd beats Pacman but im going to say Manny

If i had to show a guy who had never watched boxing before THE best fighter in the world id show him Manny Pacquiao, he has the skills the speed power and all that **** and he FIGHTS too! Floyd can dissapoint and run at times, im thinking of when i told my GF that Wlad was the best HW on the planet then we watched him paw his way to a timid win over Sultan, or when i said Mayweather was the Master right before his borefest with Oscar, i was embaressed. Manny never embarress, even if he loses he puts on a helluva show

Floyd Mayweather is light years better thrn Manny.

Thats the reason he was only P4P Number 1...when Floyd retired.

Floyd is the better boxer, Manny is the better ''fighter''. Floyd in my opinion would/will make Manny look like a fool in the ring.

I think Manny Pacquiao's last two performances against fighters who have spent their careers in bigger weight divisions prove without a doubt that he's the best.

Despite the fact that Floyd would be a much bigger man with a long reach advantage (26" to 22" arms), Pacquiao would destroy him in the ring. Pacquiao's speed and ring intelligence would get him past Floyd's defensive tactics for the KO.

Your credibility went out the window when you said that...

I'll agree with that, Pac's resume is unbelievable but Floyd is a defensive master.
I will say that should Donaire continue as he is doing now, he could prove to be the most skilled boxer...he is sick.
