Probably because about 99% of brits will never heard of Pac until he fought Hatton.

Exactly. The majority of "boxing fans" in the UK are only fans when a brit is fighting. If I went up to 30 random ppl I'd say about 5 would know who the HW champ is.

I'd say less then that to be honest. I don't even think 10 of the random 30 asked, would have even heard of a Klitschko.

Hell, outside Hatton, Calzaghe, Khan, Froch and Haye......a majority of British boxers are unknown to the average UK 'boxing fan'.
