Don't do it Ricky.

Oscar respects your popularity and ability to generate massive revenue by your loyal and vast fanbase, but this is the wrong move. I know that you could beat other 140 champs/contenders, but what's the point? The only thing that mattered to you was being considered P4P #1, and you came up short both times. There's nothing else to prove. As much as I like Hatton as a fighter I don't want to see him take any further punishment, but the choice is up to him.
