Pac has the better overall legacy & higher ATG based on body of work alone. Couple that with what he's DOING for the sport of boxing and its not close. In an actual fight Floyd wins, but if manny battles and it's a close fight. It enhances both guys legacy.

I'm not so sure Floyd wins in a fight. He was given trouble by mental midget Zab Judah, who is an infinitley worse version of Manny. Roach would have a solid game plan.

And I won't doubt Manny again. He is a special fighter.
