2nd Cotto doesn't claim to be the best WW and looks to fight people smaller and not even at the 147 limit!..nor the 140 limit!..

Cotto hasn't fought at 140 in YEARS!!..why would he do it now?!..for Pacquiao?..Pacquiao has been up at 147 and looked "GREAT" why can't he do that with Cotto..

I'm sure he can..and at 147 I personally got it 50/50...but there's no reason why Cotto should go below 147..PERIOD!~

1 Thing I will say right now.

Cotto will let Manny Pic the ring, the Gloves, the venue, the day and the bigger splt of course. No way in hell this fight gets made lower than 147. ill bet on that!!!!!!!

It's always better for a fighter to move up then move down. At least if you move up, you can show up at whatever weight you feel healthy at while if you move down, you decrease your chances of showing up healthy.

I say if it is below 147, Cotto should reject it and wait for Floyd. Cotto should go to the Mayweather vs. JMM fight and approach Floyd and say "let's fight." And Cotto should tell Arum to piss off because Arum will get in the way of it before Floyd can accept or reject (which he better accept if he beats JMM). And then have that bout at 147 so Floyd can fight an actual good opponent at WW and set some type of legacy.

If both Shane and Cotto reject Pac because of weight issue, who is he going to fight that is a big name?
