if pac v cotto happens it needs to happen @ 147. Pac can solidify is place in the atg rankings by becoming a welterweight champion making him the only 7 division champion to go along w/ the distinction of being the only 4 division lineal champion in history.

pac says repeatedly hell fight at 135 140 or 147 as late as this past weekend pac fought delahoya at 147 so if pac wants to hang wit the big boys bring it! no catchweights necessary in this one thats just silly.pac has the power to take cotto out and certainly cotto does as well to take pac out good matchup would be more exciting than mayrunner vs pac thats fo sho!
