I had a pair when I was younger and I thought the same thing. More hype and marketing than a quality shoe.

I noticed this as well with the remake of the Jordans that came out. You get the "Old School" Jordans in the remake and they are garbage. I had to tell my sister that this **** isn't the real deal yet they are charging you the same price if not higher.

Back then, when it first came out, I wore them and it was incredible. The leather was soft and smooth like a women's ass and when you put your foot in it, it was like pushing your foot through two soft breasts. And they felt great when you played ball. It was like a women snuggling you when you sleep.

Now: your rub your hand over it and you get a splinter. You put your feet in it and your feet sue you for attempted murder.


I also noticed this with both the Bo Jackson remake and the Deion Sanders shoe (that I loved). Crap in the remake. Oh, and the Agassi tennis shoes are crap now too. Those were one of my favorites.

I know but thats because money is the root of all evil. Notice the only ones who never go broke is the bankers. They keep the rest of the world enslaved through debt and force them to cut each other up over crumbs.
