No, he sparred with Barrera and Morales in preparation for Morales vs Pacquiao I and Barrera vs Pacquiao II.

Both have said Valero will beat Pacquiao. Pac even said he will take the challenge and fight Valero, but Arum didn't allow it like he doesn't allow him to fight anyone not old/shot/drained etc.
