What weight is Mayweather-Marquez being fought at?

Does anyone know what the catch weight is? I think the weight limit is the biggest factor for this fight especially for Marquez. If it is close to 140 I think JMM has a much better chance, if its close to 147 I think that is too high and he will not do as well. Either way I think Marquez will put up a good fight.
