that's u.k. and u.s. together or just u.s. numbers?

i think u.k. plus u.s. ppv got 2 million too for ricky-floyd. a 1/3 of it was from the u.k. though.

i gotta think 2 mil. for pac-ricky would be for both u.k. and u.s. ppv together.
