On top of that Floyd hasnt fought in 2 years. Marquez has just finished off to great champions experienced Casamayor and prime Diaz.

I wish the OP was right but I don't think that JMM can beat a bigger, stronger, faster Mayweather at 36 years of age.

I don't know how, but it looks like a lot of people are going to be shocked when Floyd shuts down Marquez. Floyd is younger, bigger, stronger, quicker and more skilled....I don't know how Marquez is getting picked to win.

This was the obvious choice for Floyd to line himself up for the mega fight against Pacquiao, I don't think he would have picked anyone that had a chance to beat him.

Don't take this the wrong way, I really like Marquez and think he is a very good fighter, number 2 or 3 in the world pound for pound. But he will be fighting over his head by moving up in weight and taking on Floyd. The fight will either be at 140 or a catchweight between 147 and 140, that area is Mayweather's most effective weights, his power carries - if Baby Bull Diaz was able to land against him, so will Floyd, but Floyd's shots will come faster and harder, and he won't make himself nearly as available to hit as Diaz was. The speed and quickness advantages will be too much

How Marquez evenly fares with mayweather as far as skill and smarts and experience is a given. Marquez will be able to hit Mayweather more cleanly than he's ever been hit before. The real questions will be whether or not Marquez will have enough power to hurt Mayweather or even just keep him honest. Because if it turns into a battle of accumulating points...it favors Mayweather...and his shots will have the power to hurt and wear down Marquez.

The 2nd big question will be how Marquez will be able to handle Mayweather's ridiculous reach advantage. A man can only be so good.....but i think this 1 mountain that'll be too high 4 him to climb.

That should even the odds for those who feel Marquez won't be much of a challenge because he's the smaller man.
