143 is closer to 140 so that's why they put him there. They're not gonna put him at WW when he's only fighting 3 lbs north of JWW.

What is your opinions on this? Is Floyd even able to make 140lbs or are they basing it off his upcoming fight with Marquez (which I believe it at 143) and a potential fight with Pacquiao (who weighed 138 at weigh ins, but was again at 148 fight night)
