This list is laughable.

Pacman at 15, Foreman at 20 and Tyson at 26.

Harry Wills, Aaron Pryor and Azumah Nelson should be much higher and well above Michael Spinks.

Where is Myung Woo Yuh and Tucan McGinty?

But with McGinty, it's a bit more understandable why someone would leave him off of the list.
