Did Pac let Hoya off da hook?

Is it me or did Pac choose not to really unload on Oscar? Im not sure he threw one punch with the same badassed intent as the one that landed on Hatton? Discuss...

Oscar is a business partner since he owns golden boy promotions. Pacquiao held back in my opinion, though to give Oscar his ***** ass credit since he discredited everything manny did that night. Oscar did have a better defense then Hatton by miles.

Would Pac have dropped Hoya with that shot though?

i think he was giving de la hoyas power and size constant respect, in the corners you could hear freddie telling manny to not get carried away and stick to the gameplan

regardless of how old he was, its not exactly easy to drop/hurt de la hoya, he has an excellent chin

                1. DLH was not running into shots blindly like Hatton was.

                2. DLH still has a great chin apparently.

If he landed that same shot on Oscars chin he would be out cold too. Once your neck turns that fast once it reaches that certain point you are out. that is not something your chin can help.

Pac held back......Roach noticed it to and told Manny he had a job to do now go do it.......it was obvious Manny held back........Manny knew before everybody that Oscar was weak and couldn't do ****......he's in the ring with the dude so of course he felt bad for Oscar........but I'm suprised nobody saw Hopkins pull back and let Pavlik finish........NOBODY ever bought that up and its interesting because even when Hopkins landed that bolo punch after landing something like 5 or 6 unanswered.....he backed off.....but thats another thread......somebody get it started
