I think its hand-picked personally, but I'm biased because I don't like floyd one bit.

Absolute threat. Floyd may think otherwise but he's in for a big surprise.
    JMM's got this.

This fight is another hand-picked by Fraud Floyd. Instead of fighting top WW he choose to fight a small LW.

Marquez is obviously smaller but still a legit threat.

Floyd fightin' JMM at 144 is more dangerous than Pac fightin' DLH at 147.....

Im a huge Marquez fan and have been for years. But at that weight he has no chance against Floyd. Hand picked without a doubt.

                hmmm let me see.

he has top guys in his division but he'd rather fight a guy who is 2 divisions down?

                hmmm......

what a great fight! i can't wait to see pacquiao vs. chris john in november.

People make way too big of a deal about a few pounds here and there. A couple pounds in either direction only truly matters if one of the fighters kills themselves to make the weight and are either in rough shape for the fight or rehydrate to be much, much larger.

It's the same reason I don't view the accomplishments of PBF/Pacquiao as highly as Jones' as far as hopping divisions to go up in weight. Despite it being used as an excuse often and discussed even more often about how awesome fighters are I tend to ignore it and instead just understand how overblown all that talk is.

Weights not going to be good for Marquez, he is 36 years old almost and he isn't young like Manny. He can't just put on weight great... Oh well, serves Marquez for signing the contract. He can only blame himself when Mayweather gloats about destroying the p4p ranked number 2 at 144 pounds.
