Pacquiao has the 5th best resume of active fighters...

In my opinion he has the 5th best resume of active fighters. I'd put Evander, RJJ, B-Hop, and DLH ahead of him. De La Hoya slightly. He may have surpassed Floyd for the moment(until Floyd gets in the ring with him).

        He has the third best.

Vander, Hopkins, and then Pacquiao. DLH is retired.

Pacquiao's resume is better than Jones' and De La Hoya's.
