Havn't watched the vid, but if your on about where they roll him on his side, it's called the recovery position and is taught in preety much by every first aid course its the right thing to do, the legs and arms are moved to stop the person from moving and there on there side so that vomit and blood can clear out of the mouth to avoid choking

He was put on his side to make sure he could breath better. Although I did not agree with the way they were forcing his head, it had to be done. Manny hit Hatton so hard that the doctors thought that Hatton might have swallowed his tongue along with his mouth piece :lmfao:
