I'm the biggest RJJ fan on the planet. But even I will say Pac will end up higher ATG. It isn't all about accomplishments in the ring because although I'd give a slight edge to Pac, RJJ has done a tremendous amount. RJJ was ahead as far as natural ability. But often times when looking at ATG you look at charisma & carrying the sport. Pac's popularity outside the ring makes this a no contest, for that alone he's higher than RJJ.
