    At least Hatton....

dared to be great. He has a big set of balls. He lost, i figured he would, but that does not make me respect him any less. I applaud the fella, and thank god for him and few other fighters with heart, and guts. God bless ya Rick, and i hope you retire, and enjoy your life! Thanks for the memories mate.

As for Manny, you are unreal, and seem to get better, and better. I feel priveledged to watch a fighter who is climbing up the atg ladder, and may end up higher on it than many had previously thought. I also applaud you as well for having the balls to be, and at the same time achieving greatness almost no one who started out at such a light weight will ever, or has ever achieved. Both men are a rare commodity in today's world. True warriors that make the sport alive, and have made me a fan all over again! God bless, and i can't wait for the next chapter!

Good post, he got beat by the best, it's not like Mayweather and Pac are bums there ATG's. Ricky won't ever be P4P #1 but he's been good for boxing and deserves respect for that, and well Pac he's just an amazing fighter and such a humble guy.

I agree, credit to Ricky Hatton. There is no shame in losing to the P4P #1 in the world, and it also happens that both these fighters are 2 of the best of this decade. Take nothing away from Hatton's career, he has been successful, made millions of pounds, won 2 titles in 2 weight classes and challenged the best. So credit to him!

Boxing needs gatekeepers. Ricky's role is bringing the best out of our top guys.

think about it: Some of the best performances (Floyd, Manny) have been against Ricky. Thank you, Hatton, for allowing our superstars to shine.

Good post, completely agree with you. I think its pretty disgraceful how some of his own fans (minority I suppose) have completely turned their back on Hatton.

I'll go in there and get my head knocked off in 5 seconds by Pac for 8 million as well. Hatton is a bum. A disgrace to all those that take this sport seriously.
