Hatton is finished. That is some permanent damage stuff that happened to him. He will forever be easy to knock out. Also, he apparently can't learn to keep his hands up. His face would be target practice for Judah. This loss to Pac would embolden Judah if a fight with Hatton were to happen so mentally, Judah would also have an edge.

Judah as everyone knows is one of those boxers who starts out strong but then fails as the mid rounds approach. However I don't think Hatton would make it to the mid to late rounds with him anyway.

Hatton gets KO again if he fought Judah.
