Floyd doesn't need to send a message. He'll toy with Marquez the way he did with Hatton, and take him out in the middle rounds.
This situation is working out perfectly for Floyd. Now that Pacquiao's been built up so high so that all the haters have placed all their hopes in him, they'll never be more depressed and heartbroken when Floyd demonstrates his superiority on the biggest stage ever, just like what happened with Holmes vs. Cooney. I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd went a little bit easy on Marquez to set it up so his domination of Pacquiao will be even more dramatic. He'll still dominate Marquez of course, but he might not go for the early KO.

No it doesn't matter anyway. You can't compare what Pac does to an opponent vs. what Mayweather does.
They are two completely different fighters. Mayweather is defense first. Pacquiao is potent offense.
I mean, if Mayweather destroyed JMM, something Pacquaio couldn't do. Infact, screw that, decisively beat him...it should warrant a fight between the two.
I have a feeling Mayweather is gonna destroy JMM and send a message to Pacquaio...this would most definitely warrant a fight between the 2.
Think Mayweather would do a Gatti on JMM?
What Pac did to Hatton might be the only thing that could get sorry ass Mayweather to take a risk and go for the quick KO. I agree that he could do it in 3-4 against the smaller JMM.
